About Laura Klein

Laura Klein, M.M., NCTM, is active as a performer, accompanist, and teacher.  She holds degrees in performance and pedagogy from Westminster Choir College (Princeton, NJ) and Mars Hill University (Mars Hill, NC). Her teachers include Phyllis Alpert Lehrer, Robin Garner, and Jeannette Hawk. 

A Nationally Certified Teacher of Music through Music Teachers National Association, Ms. Klein actively participates in state and national conferences. She recently relocated her studio to Denver, CO, where she continues to teach beginning to advanced lessons to ages 4-adult. She performs frequently as a soloist or collaboratiave pianist in recitals, galas, weddings, and other special events, and serves as an accompanist to several soloists in the area. She is the staff pianist and accompanist at Arvada United Methodist Church, where she performs, accompanies the chancel choir, and directs the instrumental ensemble. She is also on staff at Colorado Christian University where she serves as an accompanist for the School of Music.
